The CD and DVD duplication market is very price competitive, so many other duplication companies do not offer all services and finishes in there standard prices, here are some things you should ask them .

The Disk

Only ever use a company that uses Grade A disks this well help to ensure that the information they have duplicated will have the greatest compatibility with CD drives and DVD drives

On-body Print

On body print is the first thing that your customers will see when they handle one of your disks, so ensure the disk is printed to the highest standard, examples on small runs that have been digital printed the surface should be coated with a UV lacquer as standard within the price. Many companies will charge you extra for this.

Screen Printing

Many companies that offer screen printing don't actually screen print they subcontract this work, the danger with this is your duplicating company becomes a middle man and control of your order is reduced.

Packaging

All CDs and DVDs should be packaged in Double wall cases, this will help to reduce the danger of damaged cases.
